I'm very pleased with my new heating/air conditioning system. The York unit outside is very quiet. I can hardly hear it in the upstairs bedroom, that never happened with the old Carrier unit that I had. I like the quality of their work. They truly care about doing a nice job. Everything is tied down, or up, neatly and they routed wires and hoses carefully.
My house is now warm and comfortable. Something that has never been in the five years if lived here. They corrected engineering and installation mistakes that were obvious to me, the home owner. Why the company that installed the original system did what they did just baffles me.
My only criticism is: they had to cut a 10" X 10" hole through my basement wall. I wish they had built a small plastic surround to contain the concrete dust. That would have eliminated the fine layer of concrete dust that covered everything in my basement. It's not a lot to clean up but could have easily been prevented.

Over the past 14 years Bayhore Mechanical has on several occasions provided me with efficient professional emergency service on myolder heating and cooling systems at two different homes. They have also provided expert advice and quality installations on new systems at my homes.

I just looked at your website and I must confess I had no idea that you and Don owned the company, or that it was a small family-owned business. I just assumed Don worked as an employee. I feel a little bit of shock that he takes so much time to work with us up here, and is so patient and careful with our odd mixture of heating equipment. We really appreciate his time and effort. He's been a huge help to us in keeping the buildings functionally warm.

I had to call Bayshore last night at 1:45 am. I really didn't ecpect them to answer their phone. I have a 4 month old and our house was getting very cold. Don came out and got our heat going. I will keep this company in my phone book and have no problem calling again. Even at 2:30 am Don was determined to get my heat on and he did...Great Job...Thanks so much!!!
